Hi guys! We have another part of KSM and two chapters of True Star to release today. Some of you were curious about how many chapters of True Star there are left. I can tell you that there are 317 chapters of the main story in total. Translation is up to chapter 100, so that means there are 217 chapters still left to translate. O.O That number might seem daunting, but we’ll do our best. Cough*I think we should pick shorter novels next time*Cough

Some of you are also creeped out by the giraffe banner up top. Hahaha. XD It’s apparently from a game called giraffe evolution. They have to absorb each other to “evolve.” That’s why some of them are in blobs and look like they’ll explode. Most of us at GC actually find the picture cute or hilarious. I mean look at their expressions. Right? But if you guys don’t like it, we can change it. Anybody has free time and want to draw some cute giraffes for us? Or any kind of art in general?

As for the poll, “sleep” and “procrastinate” tied for first with 44 votes each. I guess we’re evolving into a society of sleep-deprived procrastinators. That’s like one step away from turning into a total zombie. Dang. Anyways, until April Fools!

Key of the Sunken Moon: Chapter 1 ~67%
True Star: Chapter 95
True Star: Chapter 96

Ah… I was one of the ones who thought it was creepy…
If you guys like it, definitely keep it.
I’ll draw you guys something with a giraffe as apology.
(Don’t try and dissuade me, it’s happening.)
It’ll be a cheap-ish looking pic at most. I got some pastels and newsprint paper. And please don’t expect great art skills… .. .. . .
Do you want anything in the pic in particular? (besides giraffes)
What do you think of a giraffe wearing an army-type helmet?

Haha, anything you come up with is fine. We aren’t that picky. Maybe we’ll start a fanart section or something.

lol, I like that you guys have a sense of humor about the translating pace of True Star. Thanks for taking the time to address the issue. I didn’t vote in the grave, but, I’ll probably be married with kids by then [hopefully]. It’s not so bad though, at least you guys are going at a steady pace. I’ve been following George R.R Martin’s GoT series from the beginning, so I know what it’s like to wait. Thanks again for the translation and all the hard work!

Oh Game of Thrones! I contemplated buying the books but then I want them all in a nice box set so I just settled with the ebooks for now XD And yeah the waiting for books is x.x So, I kind of like the pacing for translated novels cause i get a taste every week-ish rather than binging on an entire book and then having to wait a year or two for the next ; ; Anyways, let’s continue to have faith in our fellow translators! Translating is serious tedious work and it is much appreciated!
